We’re all buyers; many of us are sellers. We’re tried to get the balance right, and come up with a system that’s fair to everyone.
No ‘change of mind’ returns
Sales on Trunk are essentially final – you can’t return something you bought on Trunk because you changed your mind, or because the style or fit doesn’t suit you.
The Trunk guarantee
If something you bought on Trunk doesn’t match the description the seller gave, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. If we agree that you didn’t get what you paid for, we’ll step you through returning the item and getting a full refund for the cost of the item. (The original shipping fee isn't refunded.)
In this situation the seller covers the cost of return shipping, if they want the item returned.
