Cancelled orders

It’s disappointing if an order gets cancelled after you’ve made a purchase, but as a buyer you’re protected by the Trunk guarantee.

Since Trunk holds on to the purchase funds until the buyer receives and approves the item, buyers are never left out of pocket – even if a sale gets cancelled. 

The sale cancellation process

• The buyer automatically gets refunded the full amount they paid, including the cost of the item and shipping.

• The seller is charged a $2.50 sale reversal fee, to cover transactions and admin costs.

• Any shipping labels created for the order are cancelled.
