This is Trunk
We help people sell their old styles – and find new looks for less.
We help people sell their old styles – and find new looks for less.
We all spend too much on fashion. Trunk is here to change that.
We’re helping people move on the contents of their closets, giving those cherished outfits the chance to be someone else’s fresh new look.
That’s what we call a win/win.
We’ve done our best to make buying and selling as simple and safe as we can.
We keep our community secure by verifying all our buyers and sellers, to make sure they’re actual, real live humans.
We make life easier for sellers, with pre-paid shipping labels and a seamless payment system. And we make sure buyers get what they paid for, with our kevlar-clad Trunk guarantee.
We’re stronger together. Through our Trunk community you can find people who share your sense of style and body type – so you can connect, help each other look fabulous, and generally share the love.
Some aspects of the fashion industry haven’t been great for the planet. The trend towards disposable ‘fast fashion’ has been a big global contributor to pollution and water-wastage.
We’re here to be part of the solution – by promoting a ‘circular’ fashion economy that puts clothes back where they belong: on people, not in the bin.
At some point in my life, I found a good chunk of my wardrobe was full of clothes I no longer wore. Clothes I loved and had great memories of – even if they’d maybe only been worn once or twice – and which now just sat there, like a roomful of expensive nostalgia.
I imagined a community where all of us could give these styles a new lease on life. Where we’d help each other look and feel fabulous. Where we’d save money and be sustainable – and look good doing it.
I imagined Trunk, and then I built it.
I hope you like it here.
