Reporting a listing

We're doing our best to make Trunk a safe and secure place for everyone. If you see a listing that seems misleading, fraudulent or offensive, or violates Trunk’s terms of use and policies, let us know so we can review it.

When to report

You can report a listing if it falls under any of these categories:

  • Misleading or inaccurate
The item doesn't match its description or images.

  • Offensive content
The content is inappropriate, explicit or harmful.

  • Fraudulent
It seems like it's a scam or an attempt to deceive buyers.

  • Prohibited items
The item violates Trunk’s selling policies.

How to report

1. Hit the 'report' button at the bottom of the listing.

2. Select the reason you're reporting the listing.

3. Optionally, you can add any extra details that might help us review the listing.

4. Submit your report – we'll review the listing and take action if we decide it's warranted.

What happens next?

Once a report is submitted, we'll review the listing and decide whether it violates our policies. If it does, we might contact the seller for more information, ask them to modify their listing, or removing the listing altogether.
